The NVC Dance Floors

These trainings are designed for practicing skills learned in Foundation Training PLUS developing further understanding and skills in the areas of anger, conflict and empathy.

Each of the three trainings described below stands alone, yet it would be very enriching to attend all three. They are designed so that you can attend them in any order.

Pre-requisite: Foundation Training or equivalent

We are open to requests to offer this workshop in your locality.

Deepening the Foundation
• review and practice the basic ingredients of NVC
• share the ups and downs of applying NVC in your life
• extend skills and understanding with the NVC Dance Floors
• experience the potential depth of NVC practice

Plus Anger (DF + Anger)
• express anger fully without blame, attack or threat
• receive anger in ways that increase safety, respect and understanding

Plus Conflict (DF + Conflict)
• resolve inner conflict
• in conflicts with others, remain centred and break deadlocks
• discover needs-based mediation

Plus Empathy (DF + Empathy)
• discover the healing power of presence
• connect empathically with yourself and others
• hear the needs behind challenging messages

Times are typically 10.30am-5.30pm

Fees per day for open workshops are as follows.
  £65 individual
  £95 sole trader / tax deductible / charities
  £120 public sector
  £150 private sect

Negotiable for anyone who would be prevented from coming for financial reasons.
