The NVC Dance Floors

About us

The NVC Dance Floors is a training approach, design and set of materials we have developed to bring the vitalising process of Nonviolent Communication to people from all walks of life. With our programme of public and in-house events and workshops we are working alongside many others in the UK and other countries to make NVC widely available.

What we offer also includes consultancy, coaching and team development.

Gina Lawrie has a background in psychology, social work and management development. She has been working as an independent organisation development consultant for over 15 years in private, public and not for profit sectors. She draws on many approaches, including Gestalt and complexity theory and since 1997 has been increasingly integrating Nonviolent Communication into her work. In the past Gina taught meditation and it is the spiritual basis of NVC and the way that is integrated with practical skills that is what she most values. Based in Farnham, Surrey, Gina also works in Australasia, Singapore, US and Denmark.
